Paid products
If you paid a product listed here, such as an invoice plan or another subscription, that sale belongs to the site where you paid. Ask that site for the refund. Their own terms say how long a request can take.
If you are stuck
Write through the contact page with the product name, the date, and the email you paid with. We will point you to the right business. We cannot reverse a card payment that was made on another site.
